Where to stay in Belo Horizonte

Most of the city's accommodations lie within the inner ring road, in close proximity to the best attractions in Belo Horizonte. For convenience, look to stay in the vicinity of Praça Raul Soares, the city's central park and rotary. You can also find a range of high-rise hotels a bit farther south, in the neighborhoods of Boa Viagem and Savassi, close to Praça Diogo de Vasconcelos. About 10 km (6.2 mi) north of the city center, the 1940s neighborhood of Pampulha stands out as one of the most interesting places to visit in Belo Horizonte, and offers a decent selection of lodgings near the airport.

  • Are two rooms, one to perform a walk in the Woods and kill snippets on dirt. The other stay on the lawn so you can enjoy the Sun and the playground. Reasonable and local bathroom with bebdouro (this need to educate users to not waste so much water). Usually is quiet and clean.

  • Place that surprises when you know a little history of your source. It was a dump. This is a well maintained park with picnic areas, hiking and outdoor exercises in relative comfort and safety. It is well located, right in the entrance of the neighborhood Bethany, with easy access. For a Sunday morning with children and grandchildren I recommend as an excellent option. For those who like to exercise as well. Enjoy.

  • Site which I was told was once a garbage dump and then a garden to grow plants for the squares of BH, today is a beautiful park, has picnic areas, hiking trails amidst the trees, a stage with bleachers for outdoor performances, clean bathroom, gymnastics apparatus, toys for the kids ... I really enjoyed! I spent a pleasant Sunday and is so sure that we can get to a NAP lying on the grass. Oh, just one thing I didn't find very cool: For the space is great for photos, with manicured gardens, flowers and such, many professional photographers have discovered and use, hence the city started charging a fee for these use the dependencies of that Park, but on Sunday, at least, is free.
