  • The place is beautiful, allowing a walk to two very special. However, lacks structure, mainly at night. Little to do, dark streets, almost to no place to feed (during the day, still has the bars on the waterfront). The fact that there is no motorised vehicles brings an air bucolic, until hot. But also hinders and makes quite practically everything. Ideally, the traveler take whatever possible.

  • Island, picturesque where you won't need anything more than a shame, few clothes and repellent. Simple site that has the wagon as the only local transport, a tree trunk and an antenna in a corner where the people sitting on the floor, they're going to surf the internet. Simple food but the time ... what time? You have all the time in the world.

  • This island is one of the best in the northern region of Brazil. Getting close to the Pará capital being a good option.

  • Great place to relax. There are different prices hostels. Access to the island costs R $10.00 per person after 10.00 by buggy to get to hostels. Those coming by car, you can leave in the parking lots at Marudá R $10.00 per day. Hostels prices vary, but for those who will spend more days, it would be better to rent a home. There are also several campgrounds. The beaches of Algodoal are excellent, especially the Princess Beach, where you can go hiking when the tide is low. When the tide is full, the crossing costs R $2.00 per person. There are simpler places for lunch and dinner if you don't want to do your meals at the Inn. The highlight is for Mujica on a crab of small restaurants.

  • I found the place very nice, welcoming, rustic serving so well the proposed site. In general I liked the environment, I believe that to be the end of this year.

  • From the point of view of natural beauties, I didn't find any charm on the island of Algodoal. As he was alone, the cool part was taking pinga with the locals, listening to history and legends about the place. Expect to find paradisiacal places and don't have much time (it's a good journey), consider somewhere else. The ida is valid if the proposal is to seek rusticity and reflection. Visit made in 1999.
