  • In the District of Cocais with access to the right of the Church by a well maintained dirt road. R$ 2.00 is charged per visitor. And the family owned property is very attentive, and they that take tourists to the sea walls. The paintings date back 7,000 years and more or less affect the visitor's imagination. It is possible to identify animals, calendars, among others. And after the visit is intended to go to the waterfall just above to refresh!

  • The archaeological site has stone walls with rock paintings dated to 10000 6 years, carried out probably by nomadic groups of hunting, according to studies conducted by archaeologists. Has recorded figures with Earth pigments, and can be recognised ounces, Maned Wolf, fish, deer and other animals. At the entrance are sold handmade products made by the owners of the land base of local fruits, mainly the jabuticaba, honey, etc. Well worth getting to know.
