Baia Formosa Beach, Baia Formosa

(4.3/5 based on 380+ reviews on the web)
A compact, crescent-shaped beach lapped at by clear Atlantic waters, Baia Formosa Beach possesses a laid-back atmosphere and a charmingly scenic setting. Boats moored in the bay that runs onto the beach give the location an animated feel that contrasts with the easygoing nature of life on the sands. If hunger hits you, try some of the fresh fish that is always on sale at the beach. • The beach has no structure to receive tourists and is dirty. There are not many options for eating and drinking

  • Is a small town and quiet, but with a beautiful beach, missing some care (cleaning) on the part of the public in General, and also, at City Hall. Has a good restaurant, pizza parlors and guesthouses. Not to mention the natives, simple people and pretty cool. Worth knowing, before the beach of Pipa. In fact, people confuse these beaches on the southern coast of RN. Then, leaving the Paraiba comes first Sagí; Second, Baía Formosa; After, the Barra do Cunhaú, then, Tibau do Sul, and lastly the praia da Pipa. I hope I have clarified, because I've witnessed in hotels, someone buying package for one of these, and it was to the other, and melt it down and all sites.

  • For being a little distant from the capital of Brazil, the offset via public transportation isn't the best. Paying a little more you can hire a ride via local tourism companies or driving own. The beach is paradise and this favors a lot of contact with nature and especially the quiet itself. The focus is natural part, there are not many attractions besides. So, it's worth a visit, there are buggy rides and other activities.
