  • A quiet beach and with one or two kiosks. Few people a bit away from the motion but with a very big beauty.

  • Great beach. I don't see garbage, water good for swimming. Bucolic. Recommend this and other nearby beaches.

  • The Blue Lagoon which gives its name to the place practically no longer exists, yet the place is nice, close to beautiful cliffs and wonderful beaches, there is a tent with several coconut trees around that give a special touch to the place, overall it's a great ride but you won't see any pond Blue.

Where to stay in Porto Seguro

Luxury hotels and beach resorts are the name of the game when it comes to accommodations in Porto Seguro, with many tourists looking to relax and enjoy the coastal atmosphere. Most of these lie a couple of miles north of the city center, pressed up against long stretches of beach. To enjoy the party scene and get close to the best things to see in Porto Seguro, stay in the narrow streets of the old town. However, if the nightlife seems a bit too intense for your taste, consider the plentiful options in Arraial d'Ajuda--a smaller, quieter town just a couple of miles to the south.
