  • We went on a Monday, the receptionist in the answer of an awful way, came to ask if we couldn't go another day, coming within of the Park diner cavera in answer crudely insulting us, and even calling us donkeys and farm, were 10 years ago we were in, that was our caverá last time, I hope you can do something about it, no one deserves to be disregarded, if you don't want to answer, close and not go to work

  • The park itself is beautiful, has a good structure, but leaves something to be desired in many respects as: 1) employees are extremely rude and unsympathetic, you will have to fend for yourself for everything in the Park. 2) toys are old and in need of urgent reform, can cause serious accident risks people 3) lack of news, the Park appears to be abandoned, I imagine a few Park 15 years ago was a great attraction 4) all very expensive, especially the food that's exorbitant prices, get away while you can! 5) dirty water, I noticed that there was a lot of dirt around the Park. Other than that, it has its good points, the Park has a good structure and has the potential to be a high level, I imagine that this current administration is seeking only profit, without caring about the customers.

  • We went in a group of 27 people and every year we in the acqua lokos, marinas and water show, this year we've gone in these parks and decided to give a chance to Cavera to see if entered on our tours, we went to enjoy the last week of the children before the dig out the holidays, at first everything was fine, the ladies at the front desk and the cleaning ladies are quite dear, good MONITORS I believe that on the whole Park if I had 5 monitors that deserve to be named were too. Recall had two gentlemen so sweet as monitors in toboaguas and 1 boy younger and a little more fatty who was also very helpful that took care of toboagua that deciam in buoys. Were the only ones who were there to perform the function, the others were as owners of the park so they shouted to people don't talk no doubt, much less coaching took the children could not jump out of the pool beberada, which angered me most was a disgusting that was as a MONITOR in the thermal pool, arrived at the scene and the man was sitting near the window with the legs supported in the window feet up in the cell phone and talking to the monitor that was in the driveway outside , was the monitor, like a guest or the owner of the Park when we arrived he didn't say anything or saw us come in and honestly don't we were looking for around the pool cards to read the site rules, as had a "monitor" there and that we didn't even notice , we go in the pool my sister jumped ... What is normal. Very normal jump in the pool I jump on my and jump on the other parks I love going and never had a problem with that, that's not all, the worst was the scandal that retard did, people he yelled at my sister called her illiterate who couldn't read of blind. Yes listen to verbal aggression. She just asked him "are you here to monitor that?" and he just kept yelling at her, the men of our family didn't like any of it, there was no physical abuse for consideration to our grandmother who by the way is pretty sick of heart more comfortable it was to drown r the damned in the pool, people lucky enough that my sister ignored him or else he would have finished with our day! A tip for the Park, TRAIN the monitors do not put any tramp to work, excuse me more honestly who go to service and keep the air moving in leg on his cell phone doesn't deserve another title. The Park does not lose the money you paid for a worthless of these work loses customers too, honestly after today assure you lost 27 and most others that I will advise not to go.

  • It is not possible to reserve the hotel on the site: You first purchase the hotel daily, then they tell you that there's no vacancy. You ask to cancel and they propose a condition: If you prove that you're going to buy a ticket. So you're kind of forced to buy the individual ticket from the park so as not to lose all the money. And the guys take two days stalling until you solve. In addition to feel blackmailed, when you will you discover that: in the parking lot has five people to charge you, but no one helps to Park (still stick a sticker on the glass to get boring). The thermal pool is colder than the outside pool that does not have heating. The pools are very dirty. As soon as we arrived had power outage and we had to wait a while to call things. The price of the lunch doesn't match the quality and delay to serve.

  • Officials wouldn't let me and my family bathe why 30 minutes was missing for the Park close and they don't get until later. Toys with limited hours do not work all the time and form huge queues!

  • 2 good advisors.. the rest I'm grumpy aggressive, it's only hitting bathers if you go for the wrong places that are without warnings. The counselors "dictators" of dinosaur slide shouldn't have a job working with people. It wasn't just me that noticed this problem on the same day.
