Imperador bridge and museum, Aracaju

(1/5 based on 150+ reviews on the web)
Imperador bridge and museum--actually a pier--is an important historical site in the city of Aracaju, but unfortunately the site has been allowed to fall into disrepair recently. The pier offers a postcard-worthy view of the city from the river, and at the museum you can learn some of the history of the state of Sergipe through the interactive displays. Put Imperador bridge and museum at the forefront of your travel plans using our Aracaju family vacation planner.

  • Attention for being one of the few historical places of the city. Is a good place to make pictures with the rio Sergipe to the bottom, but needs further attention.

  • By being close to the historic centre, with busy streets, there's no place to park. The architecture is beautiful, but is abandoned. There's no structure for tourism.

  • A historic tourist spot, deserving more attention and maintenance. This is not a bridge but rather a former Pier, used by Dom Pedro in your visit to the city.
