  • Great time to do as a family in Aracajú: the Zoo is very well maintained and integrated into a huge area of forest, which completes the atmosphere of nature. Like the Monkey Island: so they don't reach, but don't get stuck in bars. I loved the option of cable car inside, gives a beautiful view of the city. Just felt lack of larger and more exotic animals, I'd like you to meet my baby elephants and giraffes, but is not a Safari, lol.

  • I went to the City Park and Mini Zoo in December 2015 with my fiance. As tourists, first time in town, we drove to get there. We got lost a few times. I'm glad the car itself, as if it were a taxi, would pay a fortune. Getting there, first wanted to go to the cable car. The price of the tour is a little salty, R$16,00 at the time, but we were. And there it came the disappointment. When she looked down, where's the Zoo, the surprise: where are the animals? I didn't have any! Even the shadow of none of them. The highlight of the tour, is the Mirante da Santa. Beautiful! The view is beautiful! As my fiance is afraid of heights, he wouldn't go back by cable car and decided to do the course on foot. Panic, sets! You look around and it's just Woods. No security, no tent, police, forget it. I was at every turn, prayed in silence for it to come soon on "civilization". The place is precarious, long now! I wouldn't go back again.

  • You can take a cable car ride, which passes over the Zoo, and try to see some of the view of the city when you get there, but unfortunately the trees aren't pruned and Cap. The zoo animals are very thin, it's painful. A picnic can be a good thing, there's a lot of green area, but if you are in a remote area, you may be mugged (already happened).
