  • Amazing work developed by biology researchers. Feeding time is 16:30. Don't miss it! Very knowlegeable monitors. Kids love to see the sting rays and baby turtles and sharks!  more »
  • Aracaju is not a place with a lot to do, so a quick 1.5h visit here was great on a cloudy day. I thought it was bigger , but like many animal projects in Brazil it is nicely done. They have large tort...  more »

  • It's so little! I would recommend if you want to see a group of sharks and some little turtles. Overall I am kind of disappointed because compared to the TAMAR project of Praia do Forte this one has only is 1/3 of the size and attractions. I would recommend watch the animal feeding. You can also ask for a stamp in your arm in case you want to go out and return later on.
  • What these guys are doing in terms of turtle conservation is awesome, but the visitor attraction wasn't up to much. A few nice fishes to look at and a handful of disinterested sharks.
  • A really great place. Full of species of fishes, even sharks. The main attraction are the marine turtles, various species and their cubs (which you can see been freed onto the sea depending on the season). The place supports a conservancy projected to protect the turtles.
