Where to stay in Angra Dos Reis

While there are plenty of accommodations in Angra dos Reis itself, the industrialized township serves best as a stopover point for travel, rather than a destination in itself. Look for lodging a few kilometers outside of town, where you'll find any number of laid-back beach resorts in pristine settings. The coast just north of town offers hotels and dive resorts, while the seafront to the south brims with beach resorts and eco lodges. You can also stay on Ilha Grande, just a short ferry ride from the main township, to immerse yourself in Brazilian island life.

  • Small beach, clean and warm water. Place clean with pleasant person, with three kiosks with good service! It was a wonderful family!

  • The beach itself is great don't have waves, there's plenty of shade, tables with umbrella next to water, kiosk and a good free parking, only gets crowded

  • That which has been one of the cleanest beaches and calm in the region of Monsuaba-start this completely Jacuecanga. The weekend chaos prevails. Difficult to Park, cars with loud sound, without any respect, in fact, respect does not exist there. People make the beach a dirty extension of their kitchens, no matter in the least take away the dirt. But do what? If even "read" that such an act is prohibited on the beaches of the city?

  • Quiet place, good to think, there's still places like this in Rio de Janeiro, sorry that the authorities are not caring for what's going on, because a paradise that is being taken over by brigandage!!

  • Quiet, without those keepers miseŕaveis, clean and calm sea. Great to bring kids. Unfortunately, as with many beaches in the region of Mangaratiba, Conceicao and Angra, there are many slum dwellers who insist on doing what, by Decree, is prohibited, such as barbecue, dirt, racket and other things that denigrate the rational class. Unfortunately there is no decent supervision, by the organs "incompetent" and if it continues like this, soon we will lose all these wonders, unfortunately.
