Botinas Island, Angra Dos Reis
(4.7/5 based on 750+ reviews on the web)
Two tiny, rocky desert islands, Botinas Island are named after the Portuguese for boot, because they resemble the footwear in shape. The crystal clear waters are teeming with marine life, from fish of all sizes, to sting rays and turtles. The fish are almost fearless, so you can get right up close whilst snorkeling or diving. • Without doubt one of the best stops to who's making a boat trip through the islands of Angra! And cold deep water, excellent for diving and relaxing stay.

  • Visit this pair of Islands is part of one of the tours that leave from vila do Abraão, called paradise islands. Is ideal for making snorkel and observe the Island Navy. On sunny days the visibility of the water allows you to see several meters in front of you. Has no beach on the island, so one can do.

  • The island of footwear is a SideShow. The clear water with sensational sea fauna! Beautiful place and look there in an upcoming tour by speedboat!
