  • We did more than look at the waterfall, we made a canyoning through the whole river, people who like these things should do it! But obviously the waterfall is a must!  more »
  • Look, it's a good track Yes. Sometimes a little pulled out, but it's no big deal for those who made the window lookout trail or Park. Waterfalls are many, the trail is well marked. If a person responsible and aware as to the nature and its risks, can make the trail without a guide. And the access road is extremely negative. From the highway is good, as is the access of large farms. After passing a village and turn right, then it's a different story. Have a 3 or 4 gates to open and close, but not too much. The problem are the climbs and descents potholed. Excerpts from a way you spend the day just thinking back. For those who're drive down and 1.0 like us, it's a little tense. But if it's a period without rain, like us, if you have it easy you can go. Just pick up the first bad points and climb without varying the acceleration, not to skate and bore more. The rest is to be careful in curves, especially with other reckless drivers (or donkeys), because the road is narrow. Now the tip of thumb is: do not advance the last kilometer. In a fall that ends in turn will have a sign not to go ahead if not 4 x 4. OBEY, DON'T PAY to SEE is tiring (mostly in the back going up), but it's better than losing the rest of the day (and the car) trying to climb the last slope, which is crazy. The day before had a person who tried and had to pay R $500.00 for a tractor to tow and not to the city. Just to get up to where I can get the trailer, you'll have to pay. Not to mention the workshop. So, what is more 1 km walk? We claim access to the Shrine of stones (where's the monkey). The owners aren't there, just want to charge the R $20.00 of the entry and the visitor who turn around to get there. Frankly who was in Nice, where the owners care about access and guarantee more visitors, I think weird deal that give to the attractions of the Chapada. The good news is that waterfalls are rewarding, though it is a cowardly visiting any other after Santa Bábara. On the way back we found a rattlesnake strolling after lunch, so as I said, respect the nature and make the most of the Chapada.

  • Abominably flagged, it's not that giant waterfall and noisy but breaks the branch, the well to swim is full of rocks and it's small. It's not an attraction not to be missed, but how is a must-see attraction, worth knowing, take pictures and leave.
