Morro Pelado, Aguas de Lindoia
(4.3/5 based on 600+ reviews on the web)
Climb to the top of the green, treeless Morro Pelado ("Naked Hill"), and you will be awarded with a panoramic vista of the verdant island of São Jorge. Near the base of the hill, however, you will also find a farm which offers a whole host of adventure activities. Head out on a horse ride into the surrounding forest, or if you're an adrenalin junkie swap the horse for an ATV. Zipline over the treetops, or explore them on a canopy tour. Those looking for a slightly more relaxing pursuit can try their hand at fishing. Having worked up an appetite, you can dine at the farm's restaurant, and accommodation is available if you wish to stay for more than one day. Take a look at our Aguas de Lindoia trip generator to schedule your visit to Morro Pelado and learn about what else to see and do during your holiday.

  • The view is great, but the road to climb by car is terrible, but you can go. Have a person at the beginning of the road warning that you can't go up, it's better to go by train, but I think you're wanting to sell tour.

  • For me the Morro Pelado was the high point in my visit to Águas de Lindóia. We climbed the Hill renting a quad in monte alegre site (which I believe is the same place 7 falls since one is in front of the other). The climb was very quiet, and the view is really beautiful. The day was clear so you could see the whole city, in addition to neighboring towns such as Mount Zion and Serra Negra. Worth penha meet.

  • I ventured up drive and adrenaline was worth it. I confess that I was afraid in some stretches and almost gave up, but if the ground is dry you up very slowly that no Jewish car. Has around 1.5 km of climb on Earth. Up there the view is wonderful and yields great pictures. After worth spend a few hours on the farm morro pelado, which has some free leisure options and other paid with fair values. Parking is free.
