Where to stay in Okavango Delta

Many hotels in the area are located to the southeast of the river delta itself, close to the airport and game reserve. With pools and bars, the hotels and lodges here are welcoming base camps, with many choosing to return to the same place each day. Camps around the edge of the delta provide excellent views of the local wildlife and the staggering scenery, as do some remoter camps on the larger islands of the delta.
