Old Bazar Kujundziluk, Mostar
(3.9/5 based on 240+ reviews on the web)
Visit Old Bazar Kujundziluk, an Ottoman-era market that maintains its original atmosphere thanks to cobblestone roads, narrow streets lined with artisan shops, and Turkish ornamentation. See colorful houses made of heavy stone and wood, visit mosques, and order a traditional coffee at a local bar. Browse through a wide range of colorful items, such as chandeliers, porcelain pots, and copper objects, and look for articles that reflect the recent history of Bosnia and Herzegovina, such as books and photographs. You can also find souvenirs, ranging from T-shirts and key chains, to helmets, portraits of Tito, and bullet casings. Put Old Bazar Kujundziluk and other Mostar attractions into our Mostar itinerary builder, and watch your holiday take shape.

  • East vs West. Place you have to visit. Throwback to Ottomans and recent conflict. Beautiful bridge connecting or disconnecting two sides. Great Day trip from Dubrovnik.
  • Of course there is everything, and sometimes the price seems high... at the same time we clearly see the distress and poverty still very present...

  • Very typical Arab market on both sides of the bridge of Mostar, with its typical Turkish products, handicrafts, pashminas, bars and restaurants
