Blagaj tekija, Mostar

(480+ reviews on the web)
Landmark
Situated below a massive cliff at the source of the Buna River, Blagaj tekija represents an Ottoman religious structure--one that is still used by monks--in a Mediterranean setting. With its temperate climate, idyllic setting, and drinkable fresh water, the site was a favorite spot for numerous Roman nobles, Ottoman viziers, and Austro-Hungarian officers. See the river--one of the strongest in Europe--and observe a wide variety of birds here, including the threatened white-headed vulture. View the plots that hold Mediterranean fruits and tour the shrine, tomb, and mausoleum. • The water originate-aka Suwon-grunge pronunciation sounds like the black eye-black eye over to put the soul during the grunge look. At the right side of the face to face so much beautiful and good, be sure to go towards that. In the old town in Mostar is approximately 15km degrees off.
