Lac Bay, Kralendijk
(4.5/5 based on 650+ reviews on the web)
Relax or get sporty at Lac Bay, a scenic beach on the banks of a large lagoon. Laze around on the sun loungers, snacking on local seafood dishes served in the well-positioned bar and restaurant. Located in a national park, the bay offers good access to see three globally endangered species: queen conches, green turtles, and mangrove trees. To take things up a gear, consider trying a range of water sports on the lagoon, including windsurfing and kayaking. • From the entrance at the road to Sorobon and Jibe city you can left parking next to the shed. Stitch on foot over to the Rock Island on the coastal side, on the other side of the island still in lac bay step the shallow water and snorkel along the Lake in the surf. After 300 metres are the most beautiful corals, man high full of the most very special fish. We have a shark, lobsters, octopuses, squids, and much more. As far as we are concerned, the most beautiful side of the island. Please note there must be little wind!

  • We visited Lac Bay for windsurfing. Spent a lot of time at the hang out bar at Jibe City, the staff is amazing and friendly. Crystal blue warm sea water. So worth the trip!
