  • In April 2012, we toured this pre-Columbian road with my spouse, my brother and a friend, is simply a wonderful experience, contact with nature, the first ice crossing the mountain range, then the lush semitropical scenery, falls and streams of crystal clear water and vegetation; However, two things a bit overshadowed this adventure, first the consumption of alcohol by adolescents who make the same trip for Holy week, the mining town of La Chojlla became a vulgar nightclub full of drunks and vomiting and things worst everywhere; Second, failing to take forecasts in terms of desinflamantes and enough bandages to prevent knee pain, that is the main recommendation for those who decide to take this tour, take care of your knees are going to need excellent! conditions!

  • The place where they exit the mobilities for Ventilla is San Pedro, close to the Lebanon square, from 6 in the morning until 10 depart each time. Two hours, maybe a little more than one walk almost flat terrain until the foot of the only strong rise gives you a good warm up legs for this rise to the Apacheta, which if you're in good condition can do it in half an hour then all lon which continues to the village of Toledo is lowered, and the view offered is beautiful. In the village of the Takesi there aren't many people, but few of the place are hospital above antojas take a coffee can prepare you it for a small fee. The road to the mine Chojlla is signposted on all sides, so you can't miss, and the water in the region, so sed not you have, that you do not drink only water when you're close to mimas them because you never know. In Yanacachi both mine Chojlla you also have entertainment, because they are step peoples who have accommodation, food and transportation to return to La Paz. If you like to walk in a relaxed manner, this path is recommended.
