  • Is just to spend 20 minutes, nothing special. Some pictures will get fine there. Is safe and clean place, for small kids they can run after the pigeons.  more »
  • The plaza is always lively, with many visitors and locals. The Presidential Palace, the art museum and the Cathedral are all here and there is a ceremony each evening when uniformed soldiers take down...  more »
  • The place is full of history, but that is definitely not what most strikes. Really do not understand what claim to having such a quantity of pigeons (definitely isn't attractive), because that can't be sitting in peace. Furthermore, it is shocking to see the architecture wrong neat and little homogeneous; It is sad to see buildings in ruins and who is building a such tall buildings, and which is not consistent with the architecture of the place.

  • This is a beautiful Plaza Murillo in La Paz City there's the Palacio De Gobierno and the Congress and many other's government environment. Nice place.
  • Very old medium size historical square that is placed in the Km. 0 of La Paz. The space is totally connected to the political life of Bolivia. Surrounded by El Palacio de Gobierno (Presidential Palace), Congreso de Bolivia (National Congress of Bolivia) and La Catedral Metropolitana Nuestra Señora de La Paz (Cathedral Basilica of Our Lady of Peace). Comercial area where you can find small shoppings and a lot of fast food places near by.
  • Cool markets at great prices with still a little bargaining room. Some good food in the area too. Look for 1700. Best hidden restaurant in all of sth America!
