Look down over La Paz from a bird's perspective by traveling on Mi Teleferico, the world's longest urban cable car system. You'll cover a distance of more than 10 km (6.2 mi), down from the neighboring city of El Alto into La Paz, the world's highest-altitude administrative center. Many locals use the cable car as their main form of public transport, so tickets remain relatively inexpensive. Alight at any of one of the 10 stations along the route. • The best way to see the city in its entirety. We tested the yellow line and red and from both views are magnificent. The location of La Paz and its mountainous surroundings are amazing. Better climb at sunset, there is better light.

  • The cable car besides being a tourist attraction who is outside, is an important means of transport for various points in the city linking parts high parts. The value is accessible, and has impressive views of the city.

  • It is worthwhile to explore all the lines, then we will take a bus that goes by all the high to connect the red line with the Green and yellow there and end up in an area very "Strawberry" in La Paz... Close to the Zoo! People are very friendly and open to talk and the service is top!
