Town Hall Square, St. George
(4.1/5 based on 70+ reviews on the web)
In the World Heritage-listed town center, Town Hall Square serves an excellent spot to get in touch with St. George's rich culture. Start with the square's town hall, where you can learn about the history of the area going back to the 17th century. Follow that up with a visit to the river, a short walk from the square, and watch the traditional short plays, which serve as reenactments of actual customs from the past. Grab a snack at one of the small coffee shops and enjoy it on a tree-shaded bench. Choose to start, finish, or center your holiday on a trip to Town Hall Square by using our St. George trip builder.
