  • Hugh was an amazing guide. Super knowledgeable about not only the cave but Belize in general. The caves themselves were incredible, well worth spending the money to experience.

  • My husband and I recently took the ATM tour with Francisco as our guide and I can't adequately express what a wonderful job he did to teach us about Mayan history and the importance these caves had in the Mayan culture. Best of all, we had a lot of fun as we waded, swam and crawled through this incredible cave system. It was obvious that being an ATM guide was not just a job for Francisco but a passion. All visitors need to respect the ruins for future guests, as this has not always been the case (a tourist went where they were told not to go and broke an ancient skull near the path inside the cave). This tour was the highlight of our visit to Belize and highly recommend Maya Walk as your tour service.
  • Nice tour operator with good prices and good guides. Paid 145 US$ in total for an ATM tour and on the other day the cave tubing tour in low season. Lunch was good too.
  • The ATM tour was our favorite! We also did Caracol and Tikal. With the Caracol trip you also get to visit the Rio Frio Cave and Rio on Pools, but Tikal is the more impressive Mayan site. Unless you are a Mayan fanatic I would suggest the ATM caves and then only one of the two Mayan cities. Overall, great group, great guides, comfortable vehicles. Would 100% recommend.
  • We used Mayawalk to see Caracol and ATM caves. They were fantastic! Our guides seemed to know more and tell us more than the other guides we saw giving tours! We got to try termites, break mini coconuts, learn Mayan legends, and had the best info on the current theories of the Maya. Our guide for Caracol was Pedro who uses his free time to protect endangered and release captive birds in Belize. Our guide to ATM was Francisco who came from a large family and made jokes constantly to spice up our tour. He noticed little things too like jaguar prints in the sand on the hike to ATM. THEY WERE FANTASTIC!
