  • We there came twenty years ago with our children... we are came back with our grandchildren. We have found happy homes we knew and we discovered others. Children were very interested in this visit, and despite the heat wanted to see everything! We only regretted not being able to drink a beer or eat an ice cream while they were playing in the playground at the end of the afternoon... and we hope that the brewery will find a buyer for the next year.

  • Knowing the place through my ex in-laws (Willy and Françoise Lassance. who participated in its creation in 60-70 years, I never had the opportunity to visit (and do visit my children). What a disappointment! Most of the building were closed for rehabilitation or reorganization on the one hand and on the other hand wooden "chalets" are under construction in the middle of the site (nothing to do with the Museum). A monstrous hangar was erected next to the closed only one and UNIQUE of the CONDROZ. Horrible. The restaurant at the centre is left abandoned. Alors_que in whole Wallonia there farms, buildings and barns of the chapels to abandonment which could really complete the site for me, a lover of old stones) is (very) far incomplete. Even my kids were disappointed. A bad example (one more) of Walloon his wealth management...

  • Discovery of this site via the show devoted to Theroigne de Méricourt. We had a great time between beauty of the site and very well organized theatrical animation and with excellent actors.

  • Very interesting Museum. There are ways of life and typical buildings from different regions of Belgium 18-19 century here. If man bit for the story interested then finds himself here determined a couple of interesting things. Only drawback is that the signs next to the houses and exhibits are written only in French or Dutch.

  • The Saint-Michel this furnace, on a large estate, many old buildings (houses, laundry, closed, workshops, school...) rebuilt identically. What delve us into the daily life of that time. A great discovery to do especially in family.

  • We visited and we liked, including the small school rebuilt identically.
