Chateau de Reinhardstein Reviews
We had a wonderful tour, our well informed guide gave us a lot of information about the castle. We happened upon a day with a decent amount of snow, and found some of the walking slippery. It’s a dece... more »

Unfortunately, we could not attend the visit and our journey brought us to turn back to find (very stony) hiking trails to continue our tour of the Lake. A few photos give an idea of the place. We went back down into the bottom of the valley up to the dam then, before resuming our tour of the Lake.
1h de marche dans le brouillard avec un accès peu facile à la fin pour découvrir que le château est fermé malgré qu'il était marqué ouvert sur le site web :( Des panneaux nous interdisant d'aller plus... more »1 hour walk in the fog with a bit easy at the end to find out that the castle is closed even though it was marked open web site :( Signs forbidding us to go further in our visit, we just had the opportunity to see it from the outside. Very nice site, to do with a more open time.
Beautiful place. Largely closed off except for guided tours so not much opportunity to have a gander yourself.
Great guided tour and fun hiking/mtb trails without being too touristic
Amazing tour in the evening, very funny and nice tour guide with funny stories.
A very beautiful residential castle/chateau situated in a beautiful valley. The castle itself oozes history from the middle ages like the strong Catholic beliefs and lifestyles from 500 years ago. If you like artifacts and appreciate architecture from the middle ages this is a great place to visit. The castle can only be visited with their tour guide, luckily they have excellent tour guides.
A wonderful hidden treasure worthy of being visited!
