  • We have visited during the shrimp events and it must be said this museum gives a good picture how it asked was And how hard life when must have been! When we visited it was free!

  • Nice museum. Be no parking at the museum itself. Friendly Lady at entrance. Normally € 7 but this time it was free (Museum day). Count 1-2 hours to get everything. You get a good idea of the Iceland. Great is also the real fish you can see in the aquariums in the lower Hall. Beautiful! Also with children definitely recommended for a rainy day!

  • the place to be while fishing the hard life of the area and appreciate, and this in a pleasant environment with clear and concise comments. The (Sea & Beach) history can crawl in the clothes and that's praise for the museum

  • Ideal for a trip, very interesting material in a great museum trail. To do with boy children (and a pram) but they have not much substance. The Peerdevisscher Tavern after the tour is also worth a visit.

  • I really liked this Museum

  • There is hot for the rest it can with it. Already have better aquariums and museums about fish seen in cities that are not on the coast. Leave your coat certainly not behind in the winter!!!

  • Nice museum where you learn everything about the fisheries and the life of the former fisherman in East-Dunkirk. Of beach fisheries to the ijslandvaarders, everything is told in orderly rooms and corridors. This museum is also suitable for children, they can solve any questions throughout the museum.
