  • children may be interested in this exhibition that traces ideas about navigation. Some beautiful paintings, a habitat of the era, a coastal fishing boat are part of the visit. Visit a little short however, that ends in a small aquarium. If you want to go to the restaurant which is located just beside: Tavern of Peerdevisscher, we advise you to book well in advance! We were able to go; He seems to have good reputation.

  • Nice museum, in the introduction to the fisherman's life. Children who ' shrimp ' already have seen to work, everything will be better understand. Now we see the program of the shrimp fishermen to go this summer to view the live fish they found really great

  • Big and beautiful extended museum, fascinating for large and small. The effort to visit when at sea!

  • Ideal for a trip, very interesting material in a great museum trail. To do with boy children (and a pram) but they have not much substance. The Peerdevisscher Tavern after the tour is also worth a visit.

  • I really liked this Museum

  • There is hot for the rest it can with it. Already have better aquariums and museums about fish seen in cities that are not on the coast. Leave your coat certainly not behind in the winter!!!

  • Nice museum where you learn everything about the fisheries and the life of the former fisherman in East-Dunkirk. Of beach fisheries to the ijslandvaarders, everything is told in orderly rooms and corridors. This museum is also suitable for children, they can solve any questions throughout the museum.
