  • PLEASE NOTE! Address on website is not address of cemetery! You need to get away on route du condroz of Liège and then you go after some kilometers (beyond address on website) the cemetery on your right. It is indicated by an arrow. A while ago I drove along this cemetery on road to Durbuy, but I did not stop by lack of time. Fortunately, I am back to far gone, because it is really worth it. Very well maintained cemetery with a nice grave monument to the entrance (bother to there to go in). The cemetery itself is decorated as a cross and there are approx. 6000 soldiers. Worth a stop and respect.

  • One enters a world of silence, cut the line as only here can do the Americans. A Grand driveway leading you straight to the pristine world of the countless white stelae which overcome the last homes of young people who gave their lives fighting Nazism. A landmark of the battle of the bulge, of liberation but above all a great site to honour the memory with respect and empathy. A duty

  • It never fails to amaze me how beautiful and tranquil these cemeteries are. I could spend hours looking round and paying my respects to those that lie within the grounds.  more »

  • A somber memorial, but beautiful setting. There is a visitor center, bathrooms, a chapel, and plenty of parking. If you're an American visiting the Bastogne area, it's worth a side trip.
  • A superb very well kept cemetery. Worth a visit

  • Respect and tribute to the American soldiers dying at home for freedom in the world... Many have forgotten...

  • The effort to go. Make sure you're there at noon. The Carillon gives the star spangled banner coined. An impressive moment between the graves and their history
