  • The Museum is located in a residential area of small villas Paul Delvaux. At the Museum a large parking and a Brasserie with garden terrace. Want to escape the hustle and bustle on the coast in high season, you can process here seen after visiting the Museum alone. The largest collection of the artist is exhibited in the Museum. Paintings, watercolours, drawings and much more. At the reception you can buy post cards, art prints and books.

  • Already visited several times as large than of his works. For my girlfriend, it was the first time. It gives a good picture of the painter and the evolution of his work. There is also well explained what techniques he used. Would have liked to have seen some more work but if you have something in private property give you this of course does not like.

  • For example, if you are on holiday in De Panne you can after right steps in this unique museum. We were a little too early and were allowed at the adjacent Café drink in anticipation of the opening to 10.30 hours. From in the cafe-restaurant you can also find in the Delvaux articles and the entrance of the 1000 square meters museum anyway. Among the 65 year 10 euros entrance. All works are beautifully presented. In short, well worth a visit for a respected artist.

  • The Museum PAUL DELVAUX of St. Idesbald presents the largest collection in the world in a newly renovated area of more than 1 000 m2. It invites you to discover paintings, watercolours, drawings, sketchbooks, engravings, illustrating the work of a painter to international success. It makes you dive into the heart of a universe with poetic overtones and find women and skeletons, neoclassical architecture and the trains involved in the daydream of this internationally appreciated artist. In addition to the permanent collection, to frequently revisited scenography, the Museum offers each year new temporary exhibitions opening new perspectives on a complex and varied work.

  • Group tour with expert guide is an enrichment of the knowledge of the life and works of Paul Delvaux. Never suspected that in the subsurface of the gaudy residential area so many wonderful works of art are hidden. Cosy terrace with friendly service. In the shop showed no interest in the responsible for its customers: a greeting makes however a good day.
