  • The first time in the zwin since the renewed infrastructure came in use. Excellent conceived exhibition. Fine infrastructure. Nice walks. The freshwater laboratory was active-very informative! Great fun for children and adults.

  • Het Zwin is a nature reserve at the Belgian coast, bordering the Netherlands. Is has recently opened a new visitor centre, well worth a visit. The visitor centre consists of a number of dark wooden, a...  more »
  • After the change works that are not fully completed it looks all rather boring and what we want to grow and be planted this nature reserve are look of earlier back. There is, everywhere including the small pavilions, rather worked with a lot of concrete, which is at odds with the concept of "nature reserve". One had much better, as in the nature reserves and national parks in the UNITED STATES, the buildings in terms of finishing with natural and warm materials can work and not with that chilly "bunker hassle". The museum, and restaurant is also one and been a big tight concrete structure. This had all better. Entrance for museum and nature reserve is € 12. Parking is € 5. Prices in the cafeteria are reasonable. ... Guides for groups are free at certain times, and highly recommended. In the small buildings and be on the lookout spots along the route are enthusiastic nature lovers to do their story and explanation. All pretty interesting.

  • we come here every summer great place really relaxing
  • It's okay. Nice nature. Not too commercial. Didn't see the paying part because we thought it to be too expensive. Operating hours of bistro/restaurant not clearly stated.
  • Landmark of natural beauty!
  • Excellent nature reserve. I advice the guided tour, it's expensive but very much worth the money! Be aware that some walking areas have no sun protection.
  • Very nice park with a lot of birds.
