  • A beautiful building with amazing architecture! A quote to discover nice. Too bad for the attractiveness for tourists, which is nothing other than the brewery-mill that welcomes tourists around a small restaurant and a beer of Floreffe. No explanation on the Abbey on the brewery, on the production of beer of Floreffe, really disappointing. Tip: and went not out of season (except July and August).

  • Not far from Namur is the complex of the Abbey of Florette. The Church, the garden and the civic buildings testify to a prestigious past. Beautiful wooden choir of the Church and interesting albeit modest Museum. Good pub attached to the complex where you drink great beers on tap and in bottles accompanied by local cheeses and meats.

  • Beware Google map directions! Great place to spend an afternoon. Amazing beer and Belgium accompaniments - cheese, bread, & sausage. If you visit soon, be sure to check out the Chagall exhibition housed in the church. And the church -- beautiful!
  • I've been there during Esperanzah!, the world music festival which takes place in the abbey every year (beginning of August). The venue is really great, peaceful and even a bit magical.
  • It must be visited to taste the home made beer, bread, cheese and sausage
  • Abbey Church is phenomenal! Stalls wooden of the seventeenth, expressive statues. Exceptional set of buildings in height, overlooking the Valley.
