Where to stay in Dinant

Often considered a day trip from Brussels, Dinant offers a limited range of hotels. Find mid-range accommodations right in the picturesque city center. Most hotels in the town line the river, so consider treating yourself to a room overlooking the riverbank. To avoid paying higher hotel prices, stay in Brussels and take the train to Dinant for the day.

  • The short 4km hike was really nice.
  • Nice walk with some Roman's ruins all around, caves, nature. What else? The official walk is around 3km and takes up to 3 hours because there are a lot to see. You can also enjoy some Belgian beers beside the river and there are a lot of other path everywhere so you can spend the day if you wish to. Just be aware the official walk is 4€ and you can also buy an unpleasantly long guide (for history's fan only).
  • Very very nice walk. Doing good with children. More than worth it! Is indeed not free but 4 euro is now also not insurmountable. The hiking trails are well maintained.
