  • Pay to see a movie (8.80 student rate) it's now customary as well as fees for drinks or food. A cinema is a business and I accept totally, especially as in the UGC cinemas where the choice of films is quite important. On the other hand have to pay toilets that is unacceptable. I did a lot of cinemas UGC in France, even in the city center, and I have never seen this. In Brussels there is an another UGC where toilets are not paid. The justification for the Lady wet is that he got to pay the rent and water, excuse me but all this must be included in the price of admission. And if this payment is convenient common in some bars or people spend just to relieve themselves, it is rather difficult to enter the cinema, pass all the security to do that (no toilets aren't at the entrance, but well on the 1st floor with rooms). It is all the more unacceptable that the toilet was not nickels. In short. I am a fan of cinema. I appreciate the UGC group, but De Brouckere managers do to their complex is really disturbing. I hope they will read me.

  • The movie selection was fair, some of the latest US produced blockbusters were available as well as a few films likely to appeal more to the Euro crowd. The screen and sound quality was fine, but the ...  read more »
  • Former UGC subscriber, I will not! And even if the subscription unlimited € 18.90 per month is most interesting. Not especially friendly staff, more than expensive additional services, honesty more than questionable customer service... A bit like the cleanliness of rooms. Too bad, but I prefer to move to competition even if it costs me a little more... The quality and integrity that doesn't have a price, UGC has not yet understood.

  • My go-to place for movies in their original versions. It's a smaller theatre than Kinepolis but it sure is nice! My only complain, and it's not that big of a deal, is that there is no place to leave your beverage during the movie. Kinepolis has those "cup holders" on the seat which make it really convenient if the seats next to yours are occupied, UGC doesn't have those type of things and it is kind of boring.
  • They show movies in original version (OV) and there are not so many places around Brussels with movies in English. the selection of titles is quite good - all the major releases are available. The place itself is very untidy and poorly maintained. The staff is very unfriendly. I have experienced something that I have never seen before! Paying for a toilet in cinema, what's that about? In my opinion that's a DISGRACE. A European capital they say..Get your coins ready.
  • Decent cinema but too many French versions of movies in their line up. Also some of the rooms start to be very dated. Doesn't have the leg room or comfort of a modern cinema. In need of a renovation and a system where you can select you seats before the movie.
  • Well situated cinema in Brussels. They offer the latest movies usually in ov. and with a 2D and 3D version.
  • Good selection of English movies, good prices especially with the mobistar Tuesday deal. Not too many people and perfect location. You can theoretically pay once and stay as long as you like. Only cons are you have to pay for the WC and the popcorn is not fresh.
