Rue des Bouchers, Brussels

(1/5 based on 460+ reviews on the web)
A narrow alleyway filled with colorful food vendors, Rue des Bouchers may be one of the most photogenic spots in the city. While many of the booths are tempting, the Aux Armes de Bruxelles is well known for its fine food. Consider stopping by one of the artisan biscuit or chocolate makers that entice you with elaborate window displays. Another smaller alley, called the Petite Rue des Bouchers, runs parallel to the attraction. Both open up into the city's main square, so they are easy to reach on a walking tour. For travelers who use our online itinerary creator, Brussels holidays become easier to arrange, with trips to the Rue des Bouchers and other attractions mapped out and timetabled.

  • Here's one of the many "tourist traps". One area that hasn't stirred any emotion. Restaurants "multi-ethnic" along the whole area with handlers and waiters who try to "lure" on their premises (somewhat sketchy and that are not typical). The area itself would also be nice and quaint but is ruined by these aforementioned restaurants.

  • Everything is well decorated and so but the food is expensive. You can eat much better at another place that is not exhibiting there food like that. Don't expect the food to be fresh, it's only there ...  more »
  • On this street are covered for eat. I actually got lucky because we had dinner, the menu 12 euros was about what anúnciado. The interior was cozy. Fireplace and WiFi access. Unfortunately the complaints are more in number than the emissions of positive opinion. Is this street we have the famous café delirium that only should be if not presently the quality of care.
