  • The history of Belgium which according to this museum does not exist before 1830, or who comes down from room to room to conflicts to introduce is saying the current situation is ridiculous! Hide all the former regime because ' that the independence of the country was not of the same type that currently and obscure the presentation of real life, the farmers, miners, longshoremen, teachers, scientists, writers, Nobel prizes etc is almost malicious. As for the rooms reserved for the monarchy, they have been reduced. This museum refurbished for 1 year, depresses me.

  • A very interesting exhibition about the origin and development of Belgium. Where it used to be was addressed by in each Hall just about a reign of a King to discuss, pulling them now the map of some important values and pillars of Belgian society past and present. There are quite a few audio fragments, often accompanied by Visual material. Everything is well put together, but because it is what many together is or because there are other visitors walk through the Auditorium, you can hear the fragments are not always good. This is unfortunate, but can mss be reviewed. In any case, a very informative museum.

  • The Museum is an exhibition on the history of the Royal family. I can't say it's something amazing, but very interesting and informative. I advise you to pop in here and see with your own eyes.

  • My review is not related to the museum but to the patio, restaurant and terrace. This is a great place to relax, rest, work, eat. The patio is quiet, lots of light with a nice view. I go there to work and relax. Amazing that so few Brussels citizens know this place!
  • Nice place to have a quiet coffee or tea or even lunch and learn about Brussels.
  • The belle vue part of the museum is not that interesting. Be prepared to read massive amounts of text if you want to get anything out of your visit.
  • Cool museum if you want to learn about the history of Brussels. Alot of it is underground, which is cool. Give yourself a couple of hours to go through this museum.
  • Interesting, but quite brief. Check out the nearby ruins of the Coudenberg palace (actually underground but the entrance is right next to this place), and be careful about eating at the cafe here because it's not only overpriced but terrible food, and people have been known to be ill from eating here, myself included.
