Shopping Mall · Historic Site
With gourmet Belgian chocolate shops housed in a 19th-century shopping arcade with a glass roof, it's hard to say what the real attraction is at Les Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert. The shopping center attracts both locals and tourists who want to browse the chocolate shops and clothing boutiques or enjoy a quiet moment in one of the cafes. The glass ceiling brings in sunlight while protecting you from the weather, so you can enjoy the building's beauty at any time of year. Walk along the wide corridor between matching facades, shop the luxury labels, and soak up some culture at one of the museums housed in the galleries. • This is a posh mall with lots of branded shops. Great place for window shopping. Loved how the mall was decorated during X'mas season.  more »

  • This is a really nice to walk around. It's very expensive but just nice to experience the atmosphere. There are a lot of chocolate stores around where you can get all your gifts to bring back!  more »

  • Royal Gallery of Saint Hubert is an excellent tourist attraction with shops for all kinds of interests and intricate interior design! The ceiling has decorations and lights that create a grand feeling, and which also make for an excellent photo. One thing to be aware of however is that pickpocketing is a possibility as the mall is immensely packed with a crowd of tourists, so keep your bags where you can see them!
  • Top Attraction. One of the most beautiful places to visit in the centre of Brussels. Day or night both times this place does let you down. It is a very different experience to walk under the Gallery entrance. While you are inside it definitely gives you that Royal feeling. It has both shops and restaurants and one must be careful since it is a crowded place.
  • A must see location for visitors of Brussels. Very regal and beautifully furnished all year rounds. A large selection of shops to see or sit down at. Can be quite busy with passersby. But great cafés dotted all over if you like to people watch whilst enjoying the decor from the floor to the wall to the amazingly tall ceiling.
  • This is a lovely place to stroll through in the centre of Brussels. It is best to take a little time and browse through the shops as you go (although most are quite expensive!). The atmosphere alone is worth taking in.
  • The building is beautiful and it's a great place to get your chocolates and waffles. I don't know anything regarding the architecture, but it is a well built with an attractive gallery. Look up and pay attention to all small architectural details. There are loads of tourists with massive trainers and cameras the size of tanks. Also, there are handcraft stores there which are pricy but worth the visit! and lots and lots of chocolate shops inside.
