  • We arrived at 2 couples and 5 children to participate in the workshop proposed by the chocolate factory Laurent Gerbaud. What was not surprised to be received by the Chief in person. We were guided and insiders for more than an hour and a half, from manufacture to consumption. Mr. Gerbaud made us share his passion and expertise with great kindness and simplicity as well with the children and adults. We came out of the shop well laden chocolate wonders and with very fond memories. The only drawback is that have formed us the taste buds to products of excellence! difficult to return to large distributions chocolates! We recommend this experience even if the price seems a little high you will understand that it is worth considering the quality of the products (there is a special rate for children).

  • I had the hot chocolate one day with almond milk and then went back the next day for it with Soya Milk as I am Vegan. So tasty I nearly cried. Much, much better than any alcoholic drink. You can get a...  more »
more »

  • We visited this shop after having visited some of the big (but industrial) brands in the St.-Hubert gallery. We were just looking at the displays outside when Laurent - preparing for a workshop - noticed us and invited us inside. Next to being a great chocolatier (we have a chocolate business ourselves) he also a charming and very kind human being. Laurent Gerbaud's shops are certainly worth a visit.
  • Given the price, we expected flawless service. Instead of said flawless service, we had to get up to place an order, and the table wasn't clean. Tea was very good, hot chocolate was ok. Toilets were a mess.
  • Very good chocolates, one of the cheaper good chocolatiers in Brussels.
  • Very good chocolate and iced teas, and it is pleased to support a truly local chocolatier, but expect to pay expensive (€ 18 for a box of 150 g)
