  • One of those historical monuments that will help you to understand the history of the country/town. Very beautiful and well maintained.

  • Through road on the north side of the Saint-Michel Cathedral, Tower here comes into view. Congrès square is not so wide. This tower is in to commemorate the first Constitutional Congress declared the Constitution of the independent Belgium, was erected in 1850.
