  • The workshop at planete chocolat was great. You can learn so much about the history and you can make your own delicious pralines. I was there with my little daughter and she simply loved it. Was a great experience for us. The people there are so nice and friendly. You can feel, that the whole staff is loving, what they're doing. The pralines are much better, that the ones from Leonidas or Neuhaus and they are also cheaper. I loved the ones with salted caramel. Their truffles are also adorable! I will definetly order some more on their webpage!❤️ Really enjoyed it!
  • Because I’m a very curious girl and that I live in Belgium, I experienced several workshops to discover how pralines and other cocoa treats are being made. The last one was at Planète Chocolat, and it was amazing! The rendez-vous is at their boutique, two steps away from Grand Place, for a cooking class with the best masters in town! We were welcomed with a delicious hot chocolate drink, waiting for all the participants to be dressed as chefs: apron, gloves and cooking cap. Yes, we rocked in our super uniform! The chocolate master opened us the doors to his secret lab and he took us to this funny and instructive adventure! Aden, (his name), was the perfect leader to hold the workshop: he totally dealed with the subject, he knew all that you can imagine about cocoa beans and their processing to chocolate, and he got us all laughing with his jokes and good sense of humor. During the workshop, you can essentially learn how to make 3 types of chocolates: mendiants, langues de chat and pralines. The chocolatier shows you how to do step by step and then, you do it yourself, preparing as many chocolates as you can. While you concentrate on shaping the best chocolates as possible, you will discover funny stories about chocolate, and you will even get to know why belgian chocolate is better than the swiss one:) The good news is that tasting is permitted during the activity: good chefs must be sure of their work before delivering it, don’t you agree? At the end of the workshop, you will leave with: 1. chocolate cooking skills 2. your belly full of delicious chocolate and therefore full of happiness 3. choco secrets that nobody else knows 4. a bunch of chocolates to offer to your friends to prove your a great maître chocolatier ! Without forgetting that at the end, you will still have to visit Planète Chocolat shop to look for some lovely gift to treat your beloved or just yourself. I found the products they propose different and very cute, and the quality of the chocolate they use is remarkable! I would recommend this workshop for friends who want to have fun together, for team builduing activities, gift ideas, bachelor parties and for all those who want to learn how to make chocolate themselves. They say everybody has his own planet, well, mine is Planète Chocolat:)
  • A must see place. Very good one hour demonstration of chocolate history and hands on session on chocolate making.
  • Some of the best chocolates I've had. Truffle chocolates were excellent. Know some French though.
  • 1st class support for online order, nothing more to add. I'm very satisfied, this is how a business should bring in new customers. Keep up the good work.
