  • It shocking to see what the different torture machines were. Some make your eyes water. Takes about 30 mins to walk around (very small) but something different to do.  more »
  • We were passing by the museum and we notice something different there and we decided to get in. The museum besides small is very well elaborated and fully explain all the torture methods there used to...  more »
  • Small but very nice museum where one can learn more about the "ingenuity" of the people in the middle ages to a confession from a (UN) someone guilty!!!

  • Fun, and yet inexpensive. They have a lot of things to view/read and replicas of some torture devices. I would definitely recommend...for both amusement and tortuous fun. :)
  • Very good museum (not for kids) It is sad to see how ppl from long ago dreamed up so many ways to give pain to their peers .
  • Only a small museum but very interesting. Lots of things to see considering its size. Very good value for money.
  • Good history of torture. Not for the squeamish or young children.
  • This place is small but worth a look in. Wax works are used to demonstrated the horrid instruments of torture which are annotated by multi-lingual signs. Really interesting and leaves you thankful you don't live in 16th century Europe.
