  • Its impossible to stay in Belgium and not have beer or chocolate. I left the chocolate search late as I was there in July in the midst of a massive heatwave. Carrying around delicate handcrafted choco...  more »
  • Famous chocolate shop Bruges city the number of stores it is. We had an assortment of truffles, but none very helpful. You could store very lovely, and just be happy. I want to try some other chocolate.

  • We entered three friends to close the tienda(cosa que ignorábamos puesto que acabábamos de llegar a Brujas); just enter closed the door to us, we were looking chocolates quickly so as not to disturb for about two minutes. My intention was to buy a nice package that had with chocolates varied at the entrance of the store. At the bottom of this shop had brochures that edit I imagine the Town Hall of Bruges and street, took one, approach me at the entrance, not gave me no time to pick up chocolates I had seen. The lady who was there about fifty or so years, told me in a scornful tone as if it was not going to buy anything that didn't get me the street. I left Pale, I could not believe it. Of course I told him letting the street and that not bought absolutely nothing. Opened us the door and invited us to go. That day it was raining, makes just one week, leave me the umbrella, went five minutes looking for it, and at that time was a clerk at the store, which in English and with a nod, I stated with your finger, to imagine that was the place where my umbrella. They had literally pulled it me in the corner of the store, on the sidewalk, incredible. I've never ever seen such rudeness in any country I have visited. So, I hope that your income by chocolates, are those who deserve, none, since if they try so to everyone, is to close the deal of lifetime. Very unpleasant. Maybe not the Spaniards like... not understood anything, the reason for this treatment, or forms.

  • Nice little chocolate place hidden away between buildings. The chocolate was very good an handmade but the prices were quite high. Don't come expecting a cheap buy.
  • This place is worth a five star for the delightful chocolates, however, the customer service could've been better (3 stars for that). There was a new lady and it was her first day & she was doing great, I was in no rush and understand as I have worked in retail. But the owner (I think she was the manager) said she would take over as my order was too complex (the girl was coping fine & it wasn't that complex). So I then had to wait for her to finish with another customer and she was rather abrupt. Whilst I was waiting a few people came in to browse then when the owner realised they were leaving she offered them all tasters and said how the shop was on TripAdvisor - they left regardless. I wasn't offered anything to taste, even though I probably had hearts in my eyes, and didn't want to be rude and ask. I would have gotten A LOT more chocolates had I realised how delicious they were before buying. But I went into the shop in my last few hours in Bruges, therefore I couldn't return, such a shame. Offer tasters to people who are buying!
  • Excellent Chocolatier in a small beautiful quaint building, wide range of chocolates. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very good prices. The Stevia options (plant derived sweetener, no calorie sugar substitute) are just as tasty and hard to tell the difference - but are more expensive. Highly recommended.
  • Three stars because I found this chocolate a bit too sweet for my taste. The focus also seems to be on the filling rather than chocolate. I didn't feel comfortable in the shop either. Got 2 remarks: was asked to leave my umbrella in a basket which I didn't see in the first place and to pick up chocolate bags correctly by their upper part and not their bottom..
