  • Located in the center of Bruges Museum again, it's a stretch, with the Museum. The history of beer, accompanied by photos and pictures. Looks like more of an exhibition rather than the Museum. I am pleased.

  • Having read a leaflet it looked really interesting so in we went, and with a discount card from the Crown Plaza we got 10% off so also a good incentive, and it was well worth it, you get and I-pad and...  more »
  • The entrance with tasting costs €14. You give tablets for scan codes qr that you van carrying through the history of the beer. Many tablets do not detect the codes correctly. Sandro, welcome change me but I kept having problems. I gave in my walk through the Museum realized that several the same thing happened. It is rather boring since the objective is to walk facing different photos with qr codes with the tablet and listen to an audio or watch a video on the tablet, that is, is not an experience that add... The tasting if it worth it since it includes 3 beers of very good quality.

  • Go to the bar, directly to the bar, do not take the tour. The beer selection is good, they have around 12-14 different types of beer on tap and it makes for a great introduction to Belgian beers. The tour on the other hand was a huge disappointment, you get an iPad that scans QR codes as you walk around to learn a bit about whatever you are looking at. Not a working beer museum, no demonstrations or tasters as you walk around. Would not recommend the tour in the slightest.
  • Interesting experience. You're given an iPad and some headphones and you scan barcodes on the walls for the tour. It's an interesting idea, but not executed all that well. There isn't a lot to see in the museum. You really could go on the tour from home on your computer just as easily. However, the bar at the end of the tour has the best selection of Belgian beers on tap I saw in bruges.
  • Nice place to get to know with the history of Belgium bear brewery. With the digital iPad tour you can choose to listen or read stories of different categories. Some movies and pictures complete the tour. Afterwards the possibility to taste a few Belgium beers.
  • Skip the tour and just head straight to the bar. Has a great selection of tasting beers that are well explained in multiple languages. Unlike other bars with tasting menus here you get tokens for your drinks so your not sat with 5 beers getting warm on your table. This allows you to take your time and get another when you want to.
  • We didn't do the beer tour but the bar was great. Good selection of beers as well as snacks.
