  • Very interesting Museum, visiting with an ipad with explanations in several languages including Italian. We took the ticket includes wine tastings ... three different beers to choose among many different kinds ... more good than the other!

  • Today we have the beer museum. It was a very interesting and educational experience, with an iPad and a headset in our own pace could complete the tour. Very interesting, certainly for us as beer lovers. The tour ends in the café area, where you can try 3 beers, provided you have chosen to your ticket. Fun, educational experience.

  • Nice beer museum with didactic courses in an old building. Tucked in an alley at the approach of the square. Very interesting visit that may end with or without beer tastings. Delivery of a Tablet for the audio tour at the entrance (useful for the quiz).

  • There are two parts to this, the museum, and the tasting bar. The museum itself is fairly small, but very interactive with all the ingredients open to touch a and smell. Just be warned, there is a lot of stairs involved on the museum side. As for the tasting bar, there were 16 different beers available. The staff behind that bar, in my case Vanessa, are brilliant at helping you identify beers to suit your taste, and are really friendly and welcoming. Well worth the few euro extra.
  • It's a really nice museum. You can go only for the museum for €8, 0 or pay €15 and go for the museum and taste 3 different beer in the end. You receive a tablet guide and it's really informative. I really recommend. You need to go up through stairs to reach the museum.
  • Visited during free time as member of a tour group out of Amsterdam. Having worked in the beer business for 30 plus years I found the museum very interesting to see. It's not part of a brewery, micro brewery or brewing operation so the displays were all static; nevertheless, I found it very informative and educational. It is a self guided tour using a mini iPad tablet so you can go at your own pace. I particularly enjoyed the information specific to Belgian beer styles and production processes. Sample tasting at the end was also very much enjoyed with some wonderful beers available (You get 3 free sample as part of your tour). In summary, I would DEFINITELY recommend this to anyone and would (and will) certainly do it again myself, taking more time to enjoy it. Excellent!!!!!
  • Cost 9€ for a single tour and 15€ with extra 3 cups of beers. But the museum is quite boring, lack of design and short of interaction. It has a picture wall but none of the pictures has a caption. They should provide a much more detailed and interesting introduction of beer production in Belgium, which is what the visitors really expect, instead of lazily and hollowly putting the exhibits there. In a nutshell, with its current state, 9€ is definitely DOESN’T WORTH IT.
  • Skip the museum, and go directly to the tasting room instead. It's really the highlight of this place. The tasting room has a huge selection of beers on tap. The staff has great knowledge, and can explain the different beers they have. For 10 euros, you can taste 5 beers. It's well worth it! If you do the museum portion, you'll be able to taste 3 beers at the end. The museum itself has some basic information on beer brewing, and information on Belgian beers. I only recommend the museum portion if you know nothing about the brewing process, or are a hardcore beer nerd. Either way, don't miss the tasting room!
