  • My parents took me here several times as a child. I loved it every time. Disneyland of Belgium for animal lovers. There are so many adventurous things for children to take part in, including touching ...  more »
  • I'm been to Pairi Daiza many years ago, when it was still Paradisio was called. Then I was moderately pleased with the visit; the Zoo was gave no waw-feeling for a firm price tag. The price tag is still sturdy, but you get there nowadays a lot in return. There is a wide range animals, which usually stay in Nice. Some temples are so beautiful that it almost Sin seems to be to let animals roam. I had heard stories about long queues to see animals, but I have nothing of noticed. We would have some luck with the weather (it rained in the morning) whereby large mass in the waiting ... Also the animals seemed to feel very ease with active giant pandas, otters, elephants, ... I can't remember ever having seen this kind of animals in a zoo that radiated such a zest for life. My visit was a fantastic experience. Pairi Daiza has a huge way and has evolved from a droll zoo to a topzoo with example.

  • Definitely the best zoo I've ever been to. The different villages are well thought-out and beautifully decorated. Lots of space for the animals and a far less restrictive approach than I'm used to in zoos. In many places, you simply walk between the animals, on a pathway separated only by a rope for good measure. There are such places with birds, monkeys and lots of other animals. We arrived a little a late and only had four hours left to visit this beautiful paradise, which is far from enough. Make sure to take enough time and spend the entire day in the park. It's definitely worth your time! We're going back soon, loved it!
  • Read the reviews and can say this zoo is every bit as good as the reviews make it out to be. Great time to go. Very little crowd. No problem seeing the animals. Architecture, design, props and decorations give it an authentic look and feel. The marble surrounding the white tigers was great.
  • Never seen so many animals so close. And to these sights there's the added value of the setup of the park itself: a huge playground, mock villages, a Chinese style house with aquarium, a train. There's plenty of restrooms. The cost is also amazing: 34 EUR for grownups and 29 for children, and 7 EUR for parking. You pay extra for the train too. We were asked for our daily tickets by a stranger at the end of our tour, saying she had 'lost' them herself. I wonder if this happens often. Watch out for potholes on the way from Brussels.
  • The park is divided into different sections 'like Asia, Europe etc.' that each have an amazing decor that represents it. With strategically placed restaurants throughout the park so you can always find food near you. You really have to attend the shows they have too, they're amazing. In my experience, I have learned that I can never finish the whole park in 1 day (you could if you would rush but that doesn't do this park justice, you should really take your time). So if you're a tourist you should stay in a hotel nearby and spend couple of days here
  • If you live in the area, season passes are a must. This place is not just amazing for the animals, but is also the architecture and gardens. A truly wonderful place to spend an afternoon, I can't recommend it enough. It can get very crowded on the weekends though, so try to go during the week if possible
