  • We went a bit has unexpectedly and we were amazed: the Park is really beautiful! The different universes are well worked and we do well travel... to do with young and old

  • A beautiful day. 1 h drive from Lille, diving in the Belgian countryside, hidden from, a huge Park welcomes fantastical animals. He has not been given to me to see one day as many exotic animals, of addition in good health. They have pens with a reasonable space and are cared for and pampered by the staff. The Park is divided into different world, with care any individual granted to each of them. Special mention for the Asian world and its small enchanting music. Among the most beautiful moments spent in the Park, I remember the tower to the bat, the proximity of the yellow Japanou, the visibility of the royal White Tiger monkeys, and the central aquarium. Despite the cold weather, it was a very nice day. Nothing to complain about. Small note however on the price of admission, certainly a little excessive, but amply justified by the maintenance of the Park and the care given to the animals.

  • Pairi Daiza is a magnificent animal park in a beautifully landscaped setting. The Park is laid out in areas corresponding to the different continents with reproductions that give the Park its originality. The Park continues to grow permanently. There are many animals including some rare species (at least for a Wildlife Park), such as pandas, beautiful white Tigers, the red panda, Koala, Gorilla or Leopard snow, in addition to the classics (giraffes, elephants, rhinos, lions etc.). Also a daily spectacle of raptors. The animals appear to be well treated. This last time, the Park was sometimes a bit too tend to turn into a Disney Park (multiplication of animations (halloween etc), small number of "circus" of the elephants when they are fed). In short the Park a bit too tends to try to amuse the public and I am far from convinced that it is for the greater good of animals. As if animals themselves were enough more to themselves to animate the public... The restaurants are to avoid the busy days because the wait is long and worth taking his picnic. Which is nice as is the plains of game for children. The downside is the price. The price is exorbitant, and the only way to make the thing a bit is to take out a subscription. It is particularly unfortunate that there is no reductions for large families. Finally, there remains the problem of parking which is a real scam, because it is not included in the price so that there is no alternative to leave the car near the Park. Therefore, again add 7 euros (!) at the price of entry to leave the car which makes the day even a little expensive pus... For many families, so seriously consider other animal parks if you are a fair bit at the budget level. Also, avoid exceptional holidays (like may 1 or November 1 or 15 August) weather and generally day or the weather is top because the crowd is such that the experience can quickly turn into a nightmare.

  • A large domain where there are several - but not too many - animals. They seem well-treated and seem to have room. Some of the park infrastructure was under construction during my visit, some other needed some heavy refreshment. However, the personnel is far from being polite: in the Panda cave, I barely had my camera out to snap a picture - without flash although it is very dark - that an employee yelled at us to "Take the picture and walk forward." That after more than an hour of line. At another place, we took refuge in the exit of the aquarium - it was raining quite hard - when an employee screamed at us for entering the "Exit." When someone told him we were just getting some shelter, he departed, cursing under his breath in French (too bad I heard what he said about "f... tourists") Some of the animals are in rather large enclosure: if you have a camera, something that goes up to 300mm or better 400mm will help. Otherwise, a good pair of binoculars is needed. Overall, that was a good walk among animals. However, don't fool yourself: that is a zoo and regardless how beautiful they are, the animals are caged.
  • Very nice zoo but the entrance price like 34€ (or 29,80€ if bought online) and 7€ parking is expensive. The all you can eat Asian restaurant (26€) also expensive and quality not that good. The architecture and different animals are great of course. Location also very far from cities.
  • What an amazing place! Pairi Daiza is so much more that a zoo. Make sure you get there as soon as it opens because it takes a whole day to see everything. The ticket fee is quite high, but it's definitely worth it.
  • Very nice animal park during Halloween (open until 9 pm). Many different species you can see very close. Generally speaking, the park is very clean and food is cheap. It is recommended to arrive early as in the afternoon the park gets very crowded. To see the panda we would have had to wait 90 minutes, which we did not do.
  • Too much activities, you can spend a whole day. It would be perfect to go during week, weekend it is too much crowded. Very nice place and worths to pay.
