Where to stay in Antwerp

Many visitors to Antwerp choose to stay in the Oude Stad neighborhood, which offers accommodations with character. The city features a wide range of lodging options including budget hostels, bed and breakfasts, private apartments, and luxury hotels. To score discounts on weekends, check out hotel chains on the city's outskirts, which cater to business travelers during the week. The area around Antwerp's central station offers the most choices. When in doubt, check in with the city's tourism bureau, which maintains a list of the best lodging prices and can make reservations for you.

  • Similar to a lot of innercity parks. Quite a peaceful place to visit, and fairly practical. Lots of things to do, and also good to simply just wander around. Doesn't take too much time out of your tri...  more »
  • All the usual park facilities. The play area looked reasonable. A river runs through it and a good number of birds.  more »

  • The perfect escape from the city life while still being in the middle of it. So many beautiful trees, flowers and animals. Amazing sculptures and history spots. Ideal for a calm walk, picnic or a run. In short, fun for all ages 😊🐦🐇🌲
  • It's a park. A well tended park. Lots of joggers. Skatepark. Playground. Grass parches (big and small) a small lake. Occasionally you'll see a duck or a rabbit (no hunting allowed).
  • Very good park for kids, lots of kids playing zone, you can go for full day with family.
  • Large public park close to the city centre and central station. Not many tourists going here so the park is not that busy during weekdays. Good place to relax and catch your breath.
  • Lovely relaxing park with lots to do. Typical of most inner city parks. Peaceful place to get away from the hustle and bustle.
