  • Being passionate about fashion, the MoMu was for me required in places to visit in Antwerp! Very nice collection on the shoes and ability to see the collections of students of the school of the Academy of fine arts in Antwerp.

  • The Museum is located in the District of fashion designers, in a discreet building. The large entrance hall omen large spaces... So, it's very disappointing that once inside the area to visit is really very small... so that their collection is deemed exceptional! There is only temporary exhibitions. We saw with our school group, one that connects the paintings of Rik Wouters, with clothes. It was very well put together as the show and, in all, liked it. Unlike MAS, everything here was translated into french and English, which allowed us to understand the meaning of the evidence presented. Note that the entrance was free at the age of 18 as well as their teacher accompanying! Big plus point for a cultural outing with a class.

  • Who said that the Belgians were not creative! You will change your idea by visiting this museum if you are interested in everything that revolves around the mode. Dries van Noten shop is nearby also.
