  • The beer is very good, however - the tour, if you can call it that - was the worst we had while on our trip. We basically stood outside in the rain while being told the history, were brought into a li...  more »
  • We are together by La Chouffe, and keep it a lot. We wanted the brewery of course not skipping during our visit to the area. I previously visited abroad several breweries with fine museums with at the end always the most impressive part, the bottling plant. Unfortunately, in Wibrin is nothing more than 2 empty barrels and a videootje. There was talk that hectolitres of La Chouffe per year were exported and brewed, you're going to tell me that all those from which 2 blank boilers those came silently layers ' accidentally ' over the weekend. If only for 5 different types of La Chouffe Houblon, Nice, Buck, Mc Chouffe, would be a logical thinking man however redeneneren that that's not true. On the question to the guide of ' the well still brewed here or not? ' she wisely kept her mouth. The acquisition by Duvel meant that the bottling plant was located elsewhere and, if you ask me, the total production of La Chouffe so well. Of course, not run them here for sale. The guide was super friendly and loving that they wanted to do. Brewery itself ' was once ' the building where it all began, but more perhaps was not there. The tasting of 4 trial slides on an empty stomach stomach made the 9 European good, normally I am lost to some more stove. To top it off a present in the form of a mini glass, that was super. The restaurant itself was chock full, not even tried, we are going to drive and near a snack to eat.

  • I have not been to their brewery, but I had their beer at Erbusco Bakery in Erbusco, Italy. It is the perfect beer for me. Not bitter and very smooth. I had the golden ale
  • A very nice visit in the brewery that ends with a 2 beers tasting and gift small glass. Same day registration starts at 9am, too early for the 2pm tour, especially when there was nothing to do around.
  • Sunny day on the terrace. The restaurant is new from 3 years ago. Menu has regional specialties (Ardennes ham, rabbit, beef, chicken), similar selection to 3 years ago. Overall good place to stop, relax, have a beer (I recommend Houblon) and enjoy Belgium hospitality.
  • Leuk en lekker!
  • Very good beer, only downside is that it was very busy at the time.
