  • From the top of the national library you can really gaze out and see the vastness of Minsk from above. Not being placed in the center of town is a bit difficult to see the historical monuments.

  • The main library is on Independence Avenue near the Metro station "Vostok". Interesting architectural building in the form of diamond, an observation deck, café, exhibition of paintings. Not far from the Metro. Evening lights of the building is very beautiful. The Park area next to the library, it is pleasant to sit in the shade of mature trees.

  • From the observation platform offers excellent panoramic views of the city! They say that more beautiful to ascend in the evening, we were together in the afternoon. On weekdays, there's nobody there, so that you can freely and in the neck alone to contemplate the city.

  • Highly recommended tourist attraction if you are visiting Minsk. On the back side of the National Library there is an elevator to the panoramic view floor.
  • Nice building, great to visit. Not really practical for studying or working, you have to pay to get in and Internet on pc or wifi is not included in the entrance price (I don't even know if it would work by paying). Is this communism?
  • Great, modern library! Highest in Europe as far as I know. Has free internet for members.
  • Nice building if it's your first visit to Minsk. And don't forget to get to the roof - it's a great view from there
