  • Inside it is not as grey and poor as from the outside. The exterier reminds a strange insect ) Anyway if you're in the center there's no choice than to see it - the building is right on October square...  read more »
  • This building was built more than 20 years. Finished after the collapse of the SOVIET UNION. It was originally thought that there will be held meetings of the PBC. The meaning of the build? However, the means were found and built something that does not meet the historical and architectural traditions of Belarusians

  • Specially came to see the Palace of the Republic, because I read in the prospectus on the difficult path of this building when from idea to implementation has passed more than 20 years (from 1985 to year 2001). But now all behind the Palace, being the largest in the country, cultural and business centre, pleases Minsk dwellers and guests of the capital of a variety of activities such as concerts mega-stars. Mikhailova and Valerie and their ilk. On the day of our visit hung posters with the announcement of the speech's most popular masses v. Solovyov, tv presenter and writer, scheduled for November. So lucky 2700 which is able to accommodate a large hall, occasionally attached to beauty. Envy.

  • The architecture here was really something
  • A good venue for "cultural" concerts, generally cozy, comfortable and good acoustics. There is a cinema.

  • Good theater, but with side chairs review horrible.

  • Palma Palace-one of the most beautiful in Eastern Europe and the Slavic world. The Palace is not necessarily due to its size, but rather because he is a huge place and it has a typical Soviet architecture. A building which the Belarusians can be proud. The only thing that's sad that brings them no Grand Avenue on the Palace so would be the building in the city more because it now already not really belongs to the landmarks of Minsk which is a real shame. Belarus is a travel value despite the dictatorship which can be seen also as a tourist attraction.
