  • Get your (cell phone) camera ready (in daytime and in night time!) when you pass this building on your way from the airport to the city center.
  • Was many times on the observation deck, there are perfectly to observe the sunset in summer. But overall nothing special. There is a cafe upstairs too, nothing remarkable, just a nice view from the window. Ticket inexpensive, why not.

  • Highly recommended tourist attraction if you are visiting Minsk. On the back side of the National Library there is an elevator to the panoramic view floor.
  • Nice building, great to visit. Not really practical for studying or working, you have to pay to get in and Internet on pc or wifi is not included in the entrance price (I don't even know if it would work by paying). Is this communism?
  • Great, modern library! Highest in Europe as far as I know. Has free internet for members.
  • Nice building if it's your first visit to Minsk. And don't forget to get to the roof - it's a great view from there
  • The National Library of Belarus in Minsk. Dersigned by Mihail Vinogradov and Viktor Kramarenko and opened in 2006.
