Grodno Zoo, Grodno

(3.7/5 based on 90+ reviews on the web)
Meet the aurochs--a big, friendly animal that is the symbol of Belarus--at Grodno Zoo. In 1926, high school teacher Jan Kochanowski organized an animal corner for the purpose of teaching biology classes. Gradually, the animal corner became a zoo. Today the zoo is home to over 305 species of animals including deer, moose, foxes, leopards, jaguars, tigers, and zebras. Feed ponies and other domestic animals such as goats, sheep, and horses. Order a snack at the small underwater cafe while watching fish through its glass walls. • Were at the Zoo in December-obviously not in season, as the investigation found most cells and runs empty. But many birds-both in the street and in popugajnike, funny monkey, CUBS! and in general all very nice ...) Sorry of course that and after reconstruction enclosures remained small-however, given the location of the zoo a wait it would be naïve.

  • The Zoo is pretty decent. Animals, birds, reptiles very much. All animals maintained no unpleasant smells. A bunch of benches for resting. Children and adolescents with discounts on the entrance fee. Nearby there is a pet shop from the Zoo and there can be purchased pretty exotic animals.
