Sovetskaya Street, Brest

(4.4/5 based on 190+ reviews on the web)
Walk on Sovetskaya Street along old buildings, new shops, outdoor cafes, and restaurants. This pedestrian promenade is also known as "Brest's Broadway" or simply "the mall." Take note of the gas lamps, which are hand-lit every evening. Look for the big panoramic mural depicting 17th-century Brest. Amenities include an indoor winter garden, the red-brick former town hall, a clock tower, a multiplex cinema, and a shopping center. To experience a bit of the local culture, try on the "lucky boot"--a metal sculpture on a small pedestal--in front of the shopping center. Here the most famous fashion firms, such as Mozart, Papilio, Lakbi, etc. Large shopping mall Persia, it just Boots good luck next round the corner monument lover, here you can eat, and relax. • We had just a few hours before the train, and get into the Museum or the fortress was not possible. Alternatively, we have chosen to take a walk on one of the most pleasant streets of Brest. She is good in any weather. And when the light of day, and when the light of lanterns. Due to the amazing non-electrical lighting her name is "street lamps". Lots of lovely little sculptural miniatures and attractions await you. You can look at the architecture of the city, photographing and go into a cozy Café. This walk will not be superfluous during the visit to Brest.
